Did you know that we have an ISLPR Self-Assessment Quiz available on our website?
The ISLPR Indicative Questionnaire for Self-Assessment was designed to give ESL learners an approximate idea of the level of their proficiency. It may help you to know how much more work you need to do (tutorials and language experience) to reach your desired proficiency level.
Please be aware that this is NOT a formal assessment, it is at most very approximate and its accuracy depends on your making an honest self-assessment.
As outlined in our blog post "How your Language Proficiency is Assessed in an ISLPR Test", there are many factors that are taken into consideration when assessing your language abilities. Therefore, it should go without saying that any self-assessment you make in the quiz is simply that, a self-assessment. The only results that will be certified on an ISLPR® certificate will be based off your performance during an official ISLPR® test.
To take part in the quiz:
- Open the quiz by following the link below.
- Complete your details and answer all questions honestly.
- Remember that the accuracy of your self-assessment depends on how honestly and accurately you judge your English.
- Submit your answers.
- You will receive an email from marketing@islpr.org within 5 business days with an outline of your results and recommendations on what to do to improve your skills, if required.

The only results that will be certified on an ISLPR® certificate will be based off your performance during an official ISLPR® test. The results from your self-assessment quiz will never be considered during an ISLPR® test.
